I just placed an order and put the incorrect address help!

Oh No! If your order has not been shipped and/or a tracking number has not been issued to your order, modification of your shipping address will be available. Unfortunately if your order has shipped, GLDN LUXE is not responsible for any incorrect inputted addresses provided at time the order was placed. Once the order has shipped we will need to keep an eye on the final destination of your package for a alternate resolution to be provided.

How do I store and care for my jewelry?

CARE FOR YOUR GLDN LUXE
Some helpful tips once you receive your piece(s):
 
  • Put your jewelry on last, especially after you have finished applying your lotions, fragrances, hairspray, perfume, makeup, etc.
  • After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store nicely in a jewelry box
  • Don't wear jewelry in the bath or shower, remember water, soap, and other bath products can damage your jewelry.
  • We always recommend to put your jewels on last to minimize the exposure to any chemicals.
  • Don't wear jewelry in the pool, chlorine and salt water can damage your jewelry.
  • Remove jewelry items first when undressing as this will prevent your necklaces, bracelets, and earrings getting caught on your clothes and get damaged.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders that are placed during normal business hours, of Mon.-Fri. 9AM-5PM may take up to 1-3 business days to process.


*Orders placed after hours and/or during weekend hours will begin to process next business day, in which the estimated time frame above will take place
